Partners
Strategic partnerships
To develop and strengthen the Association's activities, key external players will be involved in the implementation of our humanitarian response, through several types of partnerships:
- Partnerships with local players :
Working in close collaboration with local players - community groups, traditional chiefs, religious leaders, local authorities - is crucial to the effectiveness of our interventions, and helps us to better understand the specific needs of populations and to promote acceptance of our actions in local communities.
- Partnerships with international NGOs
Association Miséricorde will work closely with NGOs with experience in humanitarian crisis situations, to benefit from their expertise, their network of contacts, and their ability to raise funds. Partnerships with organizations such as the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross), Oxfam, or Médecins Sans Frontières could strengthen humanitarian actions on the ground, particularly in terms of medical care and logistics.
- Partnerships with government institutions
The Association could also strengthen its collaboration with local and national authorities to better coordinate efforts and ensure that its actions complement government initiatives in the fields of safety, development and social protection.
- Partnerships with the private sector
This type of partnership with local businesses will also enable us to mobilize resources in kind: food, clothing or other material resources for beneficiaries, which can be crucial in a crisis context.
